Borrow a Canopy Tent

Tent 

A donor may borrow the Association's canopy tent, as shown in the photograph. The tent:
  • measures 3.05 m (10 ft) x 3.05 m (10 ft).
  • comes with a flap, which can be added to provide   additional shelter or to limit access into the tent.
  • is easy to set up and take down in a matter of     minutes.
  • provides UV protection for those hot sunny days     where most tent materials do not.

Borrowing the Tent

Borrowing the tent is simple.  
  1. Give us a call or send us an email.  If we are not in, we will call or email back as soon as we get your message.
  2. Pick up the tent on the day of the event or the day prior.
  3. Learn how to set it up and take it down.
  4. Inspect the tent for damage.
  5. Sign an Borrow a Tent agreement.
  6. Donate through the Association website Pay Pal account by credit card.
  7. Return the tent when the event is over.

Damage

Damage to the tent once borrowed is the responsibility of the donor.  As part of the agreement is a statement acknowledging the condition of the tent and the person's obligation to cover all damages.  Please read the section of the agreement that deals with damages.  To go to the agreement please click on the following button.

Donation and Use of Tent Agreement

The agreement will be provided when you pick up the tent or you can down load the agreement by clicking the following button.  Then simply fill it out and bring it with you.  To go to the agreement click the following button.

Donations

The Association will allow a person or organization to borrow the tent when the give a small donation. The donations noted are the minimum for the group or person per day of use.   

Registered Charities:  $25 per day not including pickup or drop off.

Service Clubs, Scouts and similar organizations: $35.00 per day not including pickup or drop off.

General Public and Companies:  $50.00 per day not including pickup or drop off.

Tax Deductible Charity Donation Receipt 

A receipt for the full amount you donated to the Association shall be provided for income tax purposes.  It shall be provided at the time of the donation or sent by email or post to the address provided.
